5 a Day

Currently in the research phase, 5 a day aims to investigate the rules placed on society, social ‘norms’ and latest trends that apparently dictate how to live ‘correctly’ and invites the audience to share their own wisdom on what we really need to live.

Through dance, physical theatre, comedy and spoken word, we invite you to help us produce a new playbook to live our lives by!
