INTACT COMMUNITY PROJECT

August 2016 - February 2017

Throughout 2016, BMDC will be working with INTACT community centre in Preston on an Arts Council England funded programme.

LORD MAYOR SHOW 2016

Autumn 2016

In November 2016, we worked with dancers from Fylde Coast Youth Dance Company and young dancers and their parents from Thames Primary School on a mass performance for the Lord Mayors Show 2016.

FRESH AIR

Spring 2014

Sarah and Zanna, as part of hop.skip.jump dance collective, piloted an outdoor integenerational performance project with funidng from Ideas Tap.

WINDOW ON WARRINGTON

Autumn/Winter 2013

Sarah and Zanna were part of the production and performance teams involved in WOW1 - a celebratory sited performance for the Rugby League World Cup.

MASS DANCE

2012 - 2013

Sarah and Zanna, as part of hop.skip.jump dance collective, delivered several 'mass dance' projects to build community spirits and use dance to achieve a shared goal.

Autumn 2012

As part of the creative team under hop.skip.jump dance collective, Sarah and Zanna created and toured a pop-up sited performance work exploring our mundane habits and rituals.

BIG DANCE

Spring/Summer 2012

Sarah and Zanna were part of the team of dance artists who created and performed the BIG Dance North West Link Up 2012.

CHAIRS

Spring 2012

Sarah and Zanna performed ‘Chairs’ in a specially commissioned work by The Storey, choreographed by Hannah Robertshaw.
